Points West is a self governed homeowners’ association and is managed by volunteers. Annual Dues are assessed by The Board.
Amenities include a clubhouse and a gated RV/Boat storage lot. Residents of Points West enjoy freedom from maintaining front yard landscaping. The Social Committee plans community activities.
